Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Inspection Team. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that been altered or damaged in any way, are not eligible for return.
- Any item that is engraved is non-refundable.
- Men's eternity band sizes are not refundable if greater than size 10, or less than size 8. This only applies to rings with diamonds going all the way around.
- All 18k Gold chains are made to order and are non-refundable.
- Tennis chains under 20 inches and over 24 inches are non-refundable.
- Tennis bracelets under 7 inches and over 8.5 inches are non-refundable.
- All custom orders are final and non-refundable.
- All custom order mold's or model's are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, customers MUST contact our returns department at info@vladdysdiamonds.com to receive a Return Authorization Number prior to your return. We do not accept returns on watches. All watch sales are final. All in store purchases are final and do not apply to the online return policy.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Item's sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item being returned is under $500;
You may ship via any carrier service, including UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Please ensure to receive a confirmation of delivery, and keep the shipment tracking number as confirmation of shipment.
If the item being returned is over $500:
Ship your package only with FedEx Express inused mail. Insure for the total value of the item. Please ensure to receive a confirmation of delivery, and keep the shipment tracking number as a confirmation of shipment. Please make sure to use only FedEx and not USPS or UPS. Please Note: Vladdys Diamonds will not be repsonsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
