No, all our jewelry is with genuine earth mined diamonds. All our products have a clear description of diamond carat and quality.   
Are your gold and diamonds certified? 
An appraisal can be issued upon request which can be submitted to any Insurance Company for insurance purposes. 
Are all watches you sell authentic? 
Absolutely, we only sell authentic watches.  
Do you offer custom pieces? 
Yes, we specialize in custom jewelry work. We design, cast and set stones , all at our manufacturing facility in New York City.   Visit our Custom Jewelry page for samples of our work.
Where do your diamonds come from? 
We source our diamonds from all around the world. We have close relationships with various Sight Holders in the industry.  By buying in large quantiles, we are able to pass along the savings to our clients. 
Do you sell your customer information with other companies? 
All customer information is 100% safe and is not sold to any 3rd party companies.
What payment methods do you accept? 
All major credit cards are accepted, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  We also accept wire transfers. We currently provide financing options several companies. 
Can I cancel my order? 
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees which include labor and raw material. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
- If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our return policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
- Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
Do you provide layaway or financing? 
Through our partnership with the leading online financing companies, you can qualify for instant financing.  All products have a monthly breakdown of payments in the product detail page. We also have a NO-CREDIT REQUIRED option that is also available.
Can I return an item? 
Yes we offer a 14 day return policy.  Buy with confidence and you can always return it for a partial or full refund (terms and conditions may apply). All refunds will be refunded to the original payment used to place order. 
Warranty & Life Time Maintenance?
We stand behind our products, we provide lifetime maintenance which includes tightening any loose prongs and replace any missing stones up to a certain size.  Contact us for more details.  Please note customer is responsible for all  shipping costs.
Do you offer a Upgrade Policy?
We offer a lifetime upgrade policy for all your jewelry purchases. Upgrade has to be approximately 2 times the value of the original purchase and may depend on the condition of the item you are looking to upgrade. 
Where can I see the product weight?
All product weights can be found in the product description, product title or above the price. All weights are approximate as all jewelry is hand made and no two pieces of the same jewelry will ever be the same weight.
Shipping FAQ's
How long will it take to receive my order? 
All orders placed before 2pm, will be shipped the same day as long as we have the item in stock. Most item's arrive within 1-3 business days (exclusions may apply).  
Do you ship to other countries? 
Yes, we ship to other countries as well.  All international duties are handled by the customer in their respective areas. Please contact us for international shipments prior to purchasing your item. 
Do all packages require signature upon delivery? 
Yes,  all packages require signature confirmation.
